Who is Colin Brennan Bloodstock at Highlander Training Center?

Colin Brennan, Trainer & Director of Sales, is a seasoned bloodstock talent with years of experience in prepping and consigning horses to yearling and 2YO sales around the country. Colin leads the dedicated Highlander team of assistant trainers, grooms, and show staff preparing/training/consigning horses for the sales. Kristin Brennan, Colin's sister, is Brennan's Sales Coordinator, handling sales entries, client communications, and sales logistics, as well as playing a key role at the sales.

Highlander has quickly become the premier Yearling Sale prep/consigner to the Texas Thoroughbred (TTA) Yearling Sales. 2023 Highlander prepared and consigned Sale Topper, Too Much Kiki, who went on to be honored as the 2024 Texas Horse of the Year. In the 2024 TTA Yearling Sale, Highlander was the top consigner by total sale dollars. Success in national 2YO Sales is evident from the 2025 Fasig-Tipton Midatlantic Sale, where Highlander (with Pike Racing) consigned two of the top four horses with the fastest, bullet work, breeze times.
